magicbeans. nothing if not awkward.

i went and saw deep impact yesterday. it's not a movie that i really was planning on seeing, but i had to get away from the television. and it wasn't nearly as bad as i was expecting it to be. it's not a movie that will stay with me forever or anything, but it was certainly an enjoyable way to pass an afternoon.

i got sidetracked while writing this, doing sysadmin stuff, working on our company's contingency plan in case our plug gets pulled for non-payment. a few hours into that project, our connection to the internet was, in fact, severed. hopefully, i'll be back online in a matter of days. really, there's not much point in writing this though, as it won't be online until our server is.
