in painting this morning i had some extra time and some left-over paint on my pallet so played around with colour a bit on a cute little five inch square canvas. it turned into a pretty nice little landscape. thursday we start our next real project and i'm planning on working in the opposite direction, like three by four feet or something.
knowing that i've applied to art school, my painting teacher gave me a catalogue from savannah college of art and design. the catalogue is really quite impressive. and, like risd they offer a lot of really cool majors. and a few that risd doesn't, like sequential art. but i don't think i could see myself in school in georgia.
the only thing in the mail today was an envelope stuffed with coupons from local businesses that i'll never patronize.
