magicbeans. nothing if not awkward.

i slept really late for some unknown reason this morning. i didn't even roll over and look at the alarm clock until a bit after noon. which i guess is not really late, on weekends and vacations during high school i often slept later. but it was a good ten hours or so of sleep, and it's not like i've been skimping on sleep or anything recently.

i vaguely remember a dream in which i was acting being shot in the foot by some armed robber or something, and then later actually having a bullet removed from my foot.

we had some big thunderstorms today. it's the first heavy rain that we've had this year. lighting hit one of the buildings right nearby. lightning's not as cool in the city though, 'cause the sky's already lit up with all the light pollution.
