okay. my 3d class is just really cool. the teacher's cool. the projects are cool. they are both cardboard construction projects, no adhesive of any kind, no fasteners, just cardboard. the first is to build a bucket that will carry at least ten pounds of sand for at least ninety seconds over a distance of fifty feet. has to be at least two separate pieces of cardboard, handle and bucket, but it can be more. extra points for the bucket that holds the most sand, the most efficient (highest sand to cardboard weight ratio), and the best combination of form and function.

our second project is to build a chair. i'm really looking forward to doing that one.
