i canceled my beeper service this morning. i really can't justify keeping it any longer. kinda sad, but i wasn't even getting too many fun messages from my friends anymore. let alone important business pages.
had lunch with andrew gates at the manna dew. he invited daniel too, for sorta a mini li reunion, but daniel didn't show up, of course. (he's been ignoring my email and phone calls too.) andrew and i talked about mars colonization and the future of the internet and such.
and i had been meaning to stop in at the manna dew since i've been back. i ate lunch there just about every day for a year before moving to texas.
sam rented the movie go this afternoon, so we watched that this evening. i had heard that it was pretty good. and i'd agree with that. quite well written, and the acting was decent.
then i watched naked on the independent film channel. a pretty disturbing movie. with some very dark comedic bits. that was quite good too.
