solstice. i still haven't gotten into the hang of migrating all the other winter holidays over to today. which is what any good pagan is supposed to do, right? even if they're not the sort of earth-goddess, nature worshiping pagan that you'd picture celebrating solstice?

hanukkah starts tonight as well, and in some respect, somehow i still feel jewish. heritage and all.

and then it's just hard to ignore christmas.

but, it's winter. plenty more cold in store, but the days are getting longer.
