i ordered dinner from mother's via eatouin. worth a try. two hours from order till delivery (still waiting), and a little pricey (minimum order, plus service fee, plus tip), but i didn't want to go out to eat by myself (stef's working), and there's really nothing to make in the house. i've really been terrible about food since i came back from rome. slipping further and further down the slope from the high point of life at 438. last year there would usually be something to eat, and my roommates cooked so the refrigerator wasn't empty. over the summer stef and i tried to shop from time to time. since we've been here we've never really bought more than one meal at the market. we've got spices (mostly brought with us) and a handful of condiments, but we've never really stocked our kitchen.
anyway, all this talk of food is making me hungry, and i've still got a half hour to wait.
