when i talked to beatrice the other day, one of the things she asked about was what sort of stuff i didn't enjoy doing. 'making material sample boards,' i said. what did i have to make ten of today? but at least they've been simplified to the point of only including three material samples. and i was given free reign to redesign the board to my own preferences.

talked to stef, very briefly, this afternoon, to let her know that sonali will be in austin and had offered to pick up some of my stuff. painful as always.
