Unresolved.

'So I guess I'm booked on the Bank of America Museum for the next couple of weeks, but it seems like it might be the last bank project, and I'm kind of worried what's going to happen after that.'
'There's tons of graphics work. More than we can really handle. And they're not going to hire anyone new. You're already here. I wouldn't worry about it.'
I'm not totally reassured. It seems that when I do get to work on a broadcast graphics project, it's only for a day or so, and then it gets taken over by someone else. And not always just because it's assumed that I'm already busy with bank stuff (although that is often the case), but I think just because they (the nebulous they) don't think, for whatever reason, that I'm as capable as some of the other people in office. And yes, I don't have as much experience, but I'm not going to get the experience if the projects I'm working on keep getting taken away from me. And, the projects that I have seen to completion have been pretty universally lauded.
So I guess what I'm saying is, we'll see. By the end of the year I may have maneuvered this job more towards something that I really enjoy, or I might be looking for something else.
