over the last couple of days, i've been writing these things off-line, but haven't been able to upload them, so there's a whole bunch of old stuff at once. and there may be cut and paste errors in it, so if something looks like it makes no sense whatsoever, email me.
george can be so negative sometimes. he gets into his head that he's not going to like a place (a city usually) and then picks out every little negative thing about it. i don't think i'd ever want to live in denver or most any other city for that matter (austin and seattle being two notable exceptions, but even then, i wouldn't stay for too long), but it's not that bad. the weather's been kinda pleasant, there's a fair amount of green. shrug.
every time i've called into li over the last week daniel hasn't been in. and this has been like twice a day. it almost feels as if he's trying to avoid me. like he's fired me or something. hah.
so, day one of the conclave. nothing terribly exciting yet. for dinner we had a room at a local mexican restaurant, guess what they came up with as a vegan meal... that's right, steamed veggies. bleh.
