first off, happy birthday to aaron. he was home for the weekend, but i was away and so didn't get to wish him one in person. don't know if he reads my website, but he does apparently have net access and an email account now at school, so maybe.
over the course of yesterday, through all my little trials and tribulations i got more and more stuffed up. it felt like allergies, but feels more like a cold today. ick.
there were two high-points over the course of last night. i hadn't talked to bret in a couple of months and it was cool to do so, even if the circumstances were a little less than ideal. and i'm very appreciative that he was willing to drive down from northfield and pick me up and give me a place to stay. (as a side note, ian said he'd pick me up if i couldn't get ahold of anyone else, and i had only met him the day before, so that's pretty cool.) and when i got back here to li, and i was really feeling lousy, there was very supportive email from er!n and that made me feel a lot better.
