sam gave me a set of new guitar strings as an early birthday present. i was down to three on my guitar, so that's way cool.
i did a little packing and preparing and then left to go meet er!n at lake compounce, the amusement park she works at during the summer. there was an employee party tonight, where they keep some of the rides going after hours and such, and she invited me.
so we hung out and went on a bunch of rides. and then afterwards went out with some of her work friends. we ended up at denny's which is just an all around poor place to hang out, but it's open late.
we didn't really stay all that late though. after that er!n and i went back to the playground we went to over a year ago. we played and sat around a actually talked and opened up about our feelings and all of that.
i told her towards the end of the night that i've never really been able to call her my girlfriend, but in a way i miss being able to call her my girlfriend. can you miss something that never existed?
