this morning there was next to no heat in the room in which we have class. and even through physical exercise you can only make up for so many degrees. so basically, it was cold. we did some improv stuff for a bit, then went to the nature lab to observe animals. (jen was working there.) then lunch, a few studies, and the library to watch a video. (yuka was working there.)
and then i came home and took a nap. i didn't perform today 'cause i needed an incessantly ringing telephone and didn't have one.
went back to the library at five. (i was working at that point.) read some more of mason & dixon. i'm about a third of the way through it at this point. it's quite a large book, and i need to finish it during wintersession, 'cause otherwise it'll have to wait until summer (and i will have forgotten the first third by that point and have to start over).
arrived at dinner (expectedly) as everyone i knew was leaving. or mostly anyway. that's definitely a drawback of working the 5-7 shift.
played with ringing phone sounds tonight. i took a sound effects cd out of the library. (they've got some neat stuff that would be fun to use, although they're all 24 loan with super high late charges.) ended up copying a single ring off of the cd on to my computer, then going over to alex.h's to burn it onto a blank cd. so i'll be able to just play that one five second track on repeat.
this is another boring entry. i need some intrigue in my life.
