i'll be working eight-thirty to three on tuesdays and thursdays for the next three weeks. got up earlier this morning than i've gotten up all summer. but i've been getting a good amount of sleep so it wasn't too hard.

chris.k gave me a pair of his brand new korean socks today. yay. thanks.

and italian continues to go al right. finally learned the future tense. the conversational bit is still tough, but i feel like i'm understanding more and more.

i bought myself some cds for my birthday that came in the mail yesterday but i was so exhausted when i got home that i didn't even think about listening to them. but today i have been listening to ted leo's new album the tyranny of distance and you should go out and buy a copy of it now. i'm not sure when i'm going to get to the other discs, it's going to be hard to get this one out of the cd player.
