Model making. Actual physical, hands on, museum board and foamcore and glue model making. 150+ three inch cut lengths of 8 gauge piano wire and 150+ metal mesh rectangles glued to them and crinkled to look like flags blowing in the wind.

I worked until 8.30 tonight. And most of the day was doing something familiar and a bit meditative. Which was good. It almost felt like what that elusive sense of home feels like to me, and that's something that I don't really have much of these days.
