I woke up to the transit strike that had been temporarily averted last Thursday night. I didn't leave my apartment, although I did sign on to my work AIM account and had my cellphone handy in case anyone needed to get in touch. Which they didn't; I don't think a heck of a lot of people really made it into the office.
