Home office.

There are some kinks to overcome with the working from home thing.

First of all, while I finally have something of a desk set up in my back room / studio / office, I don't have a chair to sit at it. So I've been sitting crosslegged on some cushions on the floor with my laptop up on a cardboard box in front of me, and it's been terrible on my knees. Not to mention the fact that it makes it next to impossible to use the fancy new Wacom tablet that I shelled out all that money for right before my job at Jack Morton went south.

Also, I still need a second monitor, I bought one on eBay for $1 + $20 shipping, it's in the mail, and a scanner, also in the mail, and a probably a printer, as yet unordered. And eventually a new computer. And maybe even legal copies of all the software that I use.

Then, there's the fact that I have no food in my house, and so spending the full day working from home means that I don't really eat. Bad, bad, bad.

It looks like this is the way things will be going for the foreseeable future though, so I'm going to have to start working these things out.
