magicbeans. nothing if not awkward.

Summer made one more (final?) appearance today with highs in the lower 80s. Chris.W took the opportunity to ride his motorcycle into Manhattan and stop by my home office. Since we work on a lot of projects together, he was curious what my working conditions were like. We got lunch, talked shop, then he was back on the road and I was back to the grind.

Aside from missing out on the nice weather, the work's been at a good clip this week. Not so busy as to be overwhelming, but busy enough to keep me sane. (And pay the bills.)

And tonight, as the cooler temperatures rolled back in, a very summer-like thunderstorm. One of my very favouritest parts of nature.
