Untitled.

spent most of the day in the studio. accomplished next to nothing.
didn't have materials and methods this morning. got my desk set up. did half a thumbnail sketch. played with chipboard.
the modern architecture lecture was on aldo rossi. i checked out a couple of books on his work tonight. i'm not a big fan of his buildings, but his drawings (and even plans for buildings) are really cool. add it to the list of styles i wish i could someday even hope to approximate.
then i spent another hour in the studio. then lunch. then five more hours. and i still don't have any models. and so i should've gone back to the studio after the library closed, but i'm opting for bed instead.
i think i'm gonna do the kinko's thing tomorrow morning. see if anything comes out of that before class at 940. i had a thought tonight about making a site model out of scraps of other people's junked copies from the kinko's recycle bin. i'm not sure how that would work, exactly, but it's certainly a cheap material.
