email from stef. she's coming to providence for graduation this weekend and has a few different plans depending on what is acceptable to her mom. which all seems very high school. (although last summer we decided that it was basically all just high school until yr married.) and really, it's sort of cute. it makes it all seem more innocent, in a way. i missed out on a lot of the typical high school stuff the first time around. so it's been ten years, it's never too late.

went and saw amores perros this evening. gorgeously filmed in grainy, high saturation colour. mostly engaging story (the middle section didn't completely hold my interest). worth seeing.
