Working on the Rockefeller Plaza model today I had all these stray thoughts of walking to Adler's Hardware in Providence. In the rain? Or maybe driving there in Stef's car, and darting to their door in the rain? Something to do with the simplicity of Providence versus New York City's flooded subway system.

Did I mention that the subway was flooded this morning? Nearly all the trains were delayed or not even running at all.
